Cleef/No Mercy - digital photo/Paintshop Pro 6

Rigo Cleef was a character I toyed with for some time. I tended to do him using more computer based tricks than pen and paper to computer. This was done using a photo of someone (a friend, me, who knows?) in an overcoat and toy gun. Using a hard brush (and a stamp effect) I 'Cleefed' the photo up, dropping away details and what have you until I had this effect.
