Cleef/Funny Man - digital photo/Paintshop Pro 6

Another image of Rigo Cleef. This was also done using a photo of someone (a friend, me, who knows?) in an overcoat and toy gun. Using a hard brush (and a stamp effect) I 'Cleefed' the photo up, dropping away details and what have you until I had this effect.
